T24 Key Indicator Module (KIM)

The T24 Key Indicator Module is a 24-button module that attaches directly to the T7316E to form the BST Central Answering Position. It is designed for high to very high call volume positions requiring a large number of programmable buttons and intelligent call routing. Typical users include call centre / contact centre supervisors, office administrators and central answering positions.
